JBA,

We’re starting off our programming strong this year with many September events. On the 4th we have cupcake wars. Our first fundraiser is an ice cream social on the 10th at the Menchies in Deerfield. The 15th is the annual Fall Kickoff Yacht Party at Navy Pier! This event is open to both registered members and prospective members and until September 1st, registration is only $49. Check our Home page under events to register. On the 18th we are playing Mario Kart at BJBE! Our chapter kickoff is on September 22nd is filled with fun and engaging activities to help recruit new members. If you know of any incoming 8th graders interested in BBYO, be sure to email us with names and contact information. The 26th is our International Convention launch party. International Convention, IC for short, is a great way for BBYO members to meet Jewish teens from all over the world. This year’s IC will be held in Dallas, Texas and registration opens on the 26th, the night of the launch party. Attached below are flyers for the entire term. This way, you can put all the dates that we are planning to programming on in your calendar now! These dates are subject to change, however.
